Include what is known

Availability, compliance and performance depend on the chosen model and market version. Site content is not a final submittal.

Prepare a reviewable request

For a constant-current system, include the LED module forward-voltage range, target current and maximum load power. For a constant-voltage system, provide nominal voltage, connected wattage and expected cable distance. Input service, frequency, enclosure location and ambient-temperature range help technical support distinguish an electrical mismatch from a thermal or installation constraint.

Control details prevent avoidable follow-up. Name the intended 0–10V, DALI-2 or switching architecture, the controller model if known, minimum dim level, off behavior and commissioning responsibility. Outdoor schedules should also identify surge expectations, grounding context and whether the driver sits inside an IP-rated luminaire or a separate enclosure.

Attach the current luminaire schedule, wiring diagram and project destination where available. UL, CE and RoHS references are model- and market-specific, so a general family name is not enough for documentation review. We will route the request according to its open decision: load matching, dimming behavior, thermal constraints, compliance evidence, commercial availability or post-installation troubleshooting.

A preliminary response is not a final engineering approval. Bench testing with the intended LED load and controller can verify start-up, dimming and steady-state behavior under stated conditions, but it does not reproduce every field temperature, conductor layout, surge event or lifetime cycle. Final acceptance remains with the project’s qualified design and commissioning teams.
